I believe that the role of an engineer is to get to know the ground realities and not just to sit in a room and make good products. It is very important to understand the terrain in which the product is going to be used. An engineer is incomplete without a proper understanding of the actual customer and the actual requirements of the customer. Growth lies in that miniscule space where technicalities take a back seat and genuine analysis comes to the fore.
