I just had a look at the ubuntu site and they have a good calendar where they state when they plan to have the releases and what they plan to have in them.
I should have thought of this long ago. Good that I learnt it now. This will be the model from now on. This gives good clarity and perspective to the community.
I hope all of you agree with this approach.
