I hope most of the migration from 4.2P2/4.2.3 to 5.0 went well . If you have any issues then please let me know.
For the users who are trying to migrate from 4.2.4, please open the file modules/Migration/ModifyDatabase/42P2_to_50.php and search for
insert into vtiger_customview values
and change this to
insert into vtiger_customview (cvid, viewname, setdefault, setmetrics, entitytype) values
