Today is an epic day in the Indian Penal system. Today is the day for the sentencing of a guy who is the son of a senior police officer who raped and killed a lady 10 years ago.
The accused was let scot-free due to lack of evidence but the judge said that he believed that the accused was actually guilty of the crime!
I hope the accused gets hanged for the crime. Only then can women feel safe in the community.
What is the punishment for these kinds of cases in other countries? I hope there too the accused get hung.
